Dogs are allowed on Cape Cod National Seashore beaches on a leash, but only before 9 AM and after 5 PM during summer (some areas are year-round). Plan beach time early morning or evening.
The north/bay-side beaches (calmer water, great sunsets) tend to be more dog-friendly than the outer Cape ocean beaches. Great options around Brewster and Dennis.
